Sandplay therapy: a creative form of therapy in which one uses miniatures and natural objects to create one’s inner world in the sand. Our hands can often say what we are unable to express in words, leading to a deep healing and integration.
EMDR: Also known as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (Repetitive Bilateral Stimulation). This is an approach which is effective in helping one process “stuck” trauma, even pre-birth trauma, that is negatively impacting one’s life now.
