I'm a licensed psychologist who has a small private practice in my home in Duluth. I use a variety of modalities, including talk therapy, expressive therapies, such as drawing or clay, EMDR/Bilateral Stimulation, and sandplay therapy. I have completed 500 hours of yoga teacher training at Yoga North Studio in Duluth. I have an almost daily practice of doing yoga asanas (the postures) and meditation. The yogic teachings and explorations are guiding principles in my life. For several years, I have had fun teaching the Yamas and the Niyamas, the ethical guidelines of yoga. I look forward to teaching other yoga philosophy classes, such as the Chakra Studies.
I live with my husband, Lauren, on the St. Louis River and wake up every morning to a beautiful view. We like to walk on the Western Waterfront Trail, which follows the river, and we can also bike on the Munger Trail, which is just above us.
I love music, walking, biking, x-country skiing, gardening, reading, and movies.
